No. MAISON LIFT requires only a 150 mm pit for smooth and efficient functioning. The space required depends on your specific requirements. Typically, a 5 ft × 5 ft space is sufficient, but this can be increased or reduced depending on the villa or bungalow layout.
2. Is a home lift only suitable for new construction, or can it be installed in existing bungalows, villas, and duplexes?
MAISON LIFT can be installed in both new and existing structures. For existing homes, an inspection by our engineer is mandatory to assess the space and structural requirements.
3. Will the MAISON LIFT match my existing home décor and theme?
Absolutely. MAISON LIFT is an ultra-luxury elevator designed around your taste and preferences. The design can be fully customised by our designers to complement your home’s décor, architecture, and overall theme.
4. How safe is the MAISON LIFT?
Safety is our highest priority, especially because MAISON LIFT may also be used by children. The lift is equipped with advanced safety features, including Power Failure Rescue and Auto Rescue.
In the event of a technical issue, the Auto Rescue system activates and safely brings the lift to the nearest floor.
The steel strip has successfully undergone a 10-million-cycle fatigue test, with certification available.
Our technician can be at your doorstep within a maximum of 1 hour, whenever required.
All our machines are IoT-enabled, allowing us to monitor their performance remotely and identify potential issues proactively as part of our preventive maintenance approach.
